“I’ve never seen a more professional tribute to the Bee Gees with those beautiful harmonies which are so difficult to achieve. They have worked hard to reproduce the unique sound of my brothers. So tastefully done. Absolutely brilliant and I didn’t want to leave. If you’re a Bee Gees fan, this is the concert for you.” Lesley Evans (Gibb)
“It’s an honour to perform with the Best of the Bee Gees who I regard as family, reliving those wonderful memories of my time with the Bee Gees.” Colin Petersen, Original Bee Gees drummer
“Watching original Bee Gees drummer, Colin Petersen, on stage with the Best of the Bee Gees was a wonderful experience, especially as he was so embraced by the troupe and venue patrons. I was also welcomed into a “band family” who maintained the Bee Gees legacy with such professionalism and sincerity.” Joanne Petersen PA to The Beatles Manager Brian Epstein
“If you like the music of the Bee Gees and the Best of the Bee Gees Show comes to your town, don’t miss it!” Vince Melouney, Original Bee Gees Guitarist
The Best of the Bee Gees Show honours the 1977 “Saturday Night Fever” album with three concerts at the Newport World Resort Performing Arts Theatre Manila featuring a set list of iconic disco, ballads and songs written for other legends, on Friday 10 April (Evening) and Saturday 11 April 2026 (Matinee and Evening).
Endorsed by the Gibb family and original Bee Gees musicians, the Australian core trio of Evan Webster (Barry Gibb), Russell Davey (Robin Gibb) and Greg Wain (Maurice Gibb), will be joined by the George Ellis Orchestra and special guests – global chanteuse Roslyn Loxton and Debora McLane (Barry Gibb’s niece), and introduce Nick Endacott-Gibb (Maurice’s son who resides in the United Kingdom).
This is the 27th year playing Barry Gibb for Evan Webster who is also the creator, producer and co-ordinator of the Best of the Bee Gees. With over 42 years in performing, tour management and event production internationally, Evan appreciates the time on tour with his ‘on the road family’ sharing stories and presenting to new audiences in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, the UK and global cruise ships.
Greg Wain’s European career highlights include performing at the Royal Albert Hall, international touring with London’s acclaimed vocal group Shout, operatic productions with Pro Musica Chorus of London, sharing the stage with Jose Carreras in Carmen, the Jools Holland Big Band, West End Starlight Express and since 2017, playing Maurice with the Best of the Bee Gees in Australia.
Russell Davey has toured New Caledonia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Spain, Portugal, New Zealand and the UK with multiple tribute shows. He joined the Best of the Bee Gees in 2013 and has shared the stage at sea with our special guest Roslyn Loxton, Suzie Quatro, Tony Hadley, Belinda Carlisle, Go West and others.
Roslyn Loxton is a class act who was invited to join the Best of the Bee Gees in 2016 as the vocalist performing iconic songs written for female artists by the brothers Gibb. Ros says: “I particularly love presenting these songs as the culture of the band is deeply respectful and a great deal of care is given to honouring the set list.
Conductor George Ellis has an incredible CV which includes performing for Queen Elisabeth II, the Sydney 2000 and 2004 Athens Olympics, working with Lou Reed for the Sydney Festival, Jakarta Arts Festival and Malaysian classical concerts. As a composer, George’s film work includes Mao’s Last Dancer, Ladies in Black, The Travellers for director Bruce Beresford and so much more.
They are thrilled to be bringing the “Saturday Night Fever” hits to Manila with Debora and Nick – 2 members of the Gibb family, joining the tour party.
It would be a Tragedy to miss out on the Best of the Bee Gees’ sensational, retrospective concerts.
